Straight Forward Installation
The two skills needed to install Heads Up Lock are easy to learn, but we recommend a qualified handyman for optimal installation.
Each kit comes with a 50ft power cord, a 50ft dust-box switch cable, a smart deadbolt lock (Schlage B571), an electrical box, and the light mount. Screws, nuts, bolts, and washers included.

We offer gender neutral, gender specific and handicap restroom signs. If you have a custom sign you’d like, please let us know. We will order the sign for you and mount it to the light. The price of that sign will be included in the quote.

The lock is engineered with adjustable latch spacing to fit standard door thicknesses for commercial entries, and can be retrofitted onto most standard single stall commercial restrooms.

The standard model comes with 50 ft of cable. This is usually sufficient in most cases. But if more length is needed, we provide 50 ft extensions.

Yes. The unit is easily retrofitted into any building with single-stall restrooms. As long as a deadbolt can be installed into the door, the system will work.

Yes. All Heads Up Lock products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty. We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products and will repair or replace eligible products that experience defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for products purchased directly from the official Heads Up Lock manufacturer or through an authorized Heads Up Lock distribution partner.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heads Up Lock hardware. Our return policy is split into two categories depending on the situation:
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 20 days of delivery. We will provide a 100% free return or replacement and will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover all return costs.
Changed Mind or Wrong Size (Non-Defective): If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and placed in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
