Yes. All Heads Up Lock products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty. We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products and will repair or replace eligible products that experience defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for products purchased directly from the official Heads Up Lock manufacturer or through an authorized Heads Up Lock distribution partner.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heads Up Lock hardware. Our return policy is split into two categories depending on the situation:

• Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 20 days of delivery. We will provide a 100% free return or replacement and will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover all return costs.

• Changed Mind or Wrong Size (Non-Defective): If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing costs.

No. It does not require hardwiring. It uses a low voltage power connector that simply plugs into your existing wall outlet.

The lock is engineered with adjustable latch spacing to fit standard door thicknesses for commercial entries, and can be retrofitted onto most standard single stall commercial restrooms.

The standard model comes with 50 ft of cable. This is usually sufficient in most cases. But if more length is needed, we provide 50 ft extensions.

Yes. The exterior side of the lock includes a built-in emergency release slot that allows authorized staff to quickly unlock the door from the outside using a key.
